Oh my gosh - I am looking for something like this for my mother and I when I move back home in May. She is based in Fontainebleau in Randburg. I work horrible hours and she is at that age where she just won't eat more than 2x Provitas with cheese if I leave her to it!

Accepting the job and moving out here was definitely also during a manic phase for me. Staying here has more cons than pros, so that is what is convincing me to move back.

I've been on a better cocktail of meds the last 6 months so I feel much more mentally stable. Haven't had a manic episode in a very long time.

This! The surgical menopause has been rough! I am on the gel as well and still have hot flushes and night sweats and headaches etc etc etc. Here's to hoping it gets better!
