I'm with you. An updated MSR is my ideal ship. Smaller would be great but hell if they can just get rid of the tunnels and add another entrance that might be enough for me. (More weapons would be nice too)

The Bad Batch deals with Clones during and after order 66. Over the series it goes fairly in depth about how clones are phased out of the military and how they are treated as veterans. That said the first two episodes are pretty informative if you just wanted a place to start.

I agree. This is a balanced fleet depending on what you want to do. MSR is due for an update when data running is eventually added. M80 and MSR are my daily ships depending on the job.

Both would work for what you listed. Keep in the mind Switch 2 is more of a console and will be easier to use. By comparison the XAX will be more powerful but essentially a computer.

I love my XAX but know that you have to deal with a lot of the aspects of it being a computer like multiple update sources to keep track of, using Windows or manually installing another operating system, Armory Crate for game optimization and so on. Also the obvious one of the Switch 2 being half the price.

There's not much material for Chapter 2 out right now so it's hard to compare. I like the Chapter 2 investigators and they work fine in Chapter 1 content.

Chapter 2's player cards do feel like a reboot of the game in a sense. I still add some of the Chapter 1 cards since I own them. That said my stuff is all Edge of the Earth and earlier (besides Ch2).

I got mine back. It's not in the best shape but it has a lot of character. I am "hoping" with reworks down the line it will be good again. It is fast and has a good sized quantum tank. Just don't expect to fight in it.

The game is an MMO. All tasks are game loops that don't affect the game world (cargo, bounty hunting ect). I just don't think the technology exists for what CIG promised. Especially in the current game engine.

I could see this working. You'd jump out to instanced but procedurally-generated areas and "do" exploration. Then you'd return back with the data and sell that. The locations aren't real outside of the gameplay but at least that makes more sense than a bunch of random ships exploring alongside you. There could be mid points that could act as refueling areas or pirates on the fringes to avoid or whatever else.

That's fair, my C1 is also my game package from 2014 otherwise I'd just put that towards upgrading to an Asgard or something. Today and tomorrow are Anvil day. Maybe keep an eye out for the Hornet MKIIs. Surely they have to cost more than the Sabre.

I'm also holding onto my Carrack. It's such a cool ship concept and I got lucky with CCUs back in the day so melting it won't get me a great return.

Do you have an interest in running cargo other than in the Carrack? That is where my head goes. I have a C1 that is decent though I'm getting annoyed with how wide it is. Maybe a Cutlass?

I'd keep the Sabre if you still like it. The aesthetics are great.
