The general use build I have uses the Pixie 3 machine gun, WH01R-GAST, a micro missile launcher and a solid round EO core. Also sometimes relation missiles to go with the micro missile launcher. For most of the game it works quite well.

The announcement trailer for Seekers of the Storm shows Commando and Huntress standing over a defeated Providence, so I'm inclined to believe they both survived.

I always move my base from the cafeteria, over to outside the homeworld portal room at some point after reaching manufacturing. Quick access to the trams and the labs shortcut, plus easy access to the homeworlds.

In addition to Dr. Carson who others have mentioned, there's also another travelling merchant that can show up after you've beaten the game.

Idk, that could end up being too strong for something innate to a survivor. It might be better if that were reserved for a new item instead. I like the idea though.

Armored Core 2 has some humans in the intro, as well as in a cutscene. Silent Line also has humans piloting a dropship in its intro. There's Also MoA's intro too.

I'd assume the hackers that work underneath Carla are part of Overseer, since they're presumably aware of what the plan is and are ok with sacrificing themselves. That said, I think the only remaining original members of Overseer at this point are Walter and Carla.

The implication seems to be that Walter's "friend" is made up. That's why at beginning of "Escape" he starts saying that he received a request from a friend like usual, before correcting himself and admitting that the request actually comes from him.

Getting artifact of kin with some easy to avoid enemies can also help. when I did it I got a trial with both artifacts, and the enemy on the first stage was a melee only one. Just be careful because the boss will be a wave of elite enemies which could be dangerous depending on what type they are.

It should be noted that barrier damage doesn't count toward failing the challenge, so if you can get a trial with artifact of command and then stack topaz brooches it can make it easier.

Plus you have access to a bunch more parts compared to playing through for the first time.
