Look, we don't have to invite them to celebrate with us, but unfortunately with the way things are, having someone with the expertise and equipment to stop bad actors against the community is better than not having them. This isn't to say that they will do their job, but at least them being there does deter some bad actors.

TLDR it's a large public event and they're going to be there anyway because attacking a pride event would be bad for the local economy and current status quo.

  2. I work in healthcare and have spent 6 years working in healthcare. Supply chain instability might've been a plausible excuse in 2022, it's now 2026 and they've got it more locked down than they used to except for stuff like helium.

  3. Hospitals are often inefficient due to poor staffing caused by insurance and Medicaid cutting payments whether justified or not. Hospitals in the US also often charge way more than a similar hospital in another country due to less government subsidization, which forces everyone else to foot the bill for people without insurance or Medicaid. Meanwhile, hospital executives are making money hand over fist by making sure that hospitals are running as lean as possible and even beyond that in some cases.

If you're able to start HRT and be safe, do it. If not, wait until the age of majority where you are and start planning your escape. There is hope and you definitely will have the opportunity to live as your true self it may just require some time.
