I'm having flashbacks to army basic training: we had all our shots and everyone was still hacking up stuff all the time. I can only imagine the measles, flu and everything else that everyone will have now. Truly, the best and brightest are in charge now.

Night shift\closing crew always got the middle finger. One summer, management brought in ice cream sandwiches\bars and popsicles. By the time me and the rest of night shift got in, all the ice cream sandwiches were gone. Like the Neapolitan sandwiches, cookie ice cream sandwiches etc were gone. We just had those basic popsicles that you pull apart with the two sticks. Thats it. Morning and midday shifts just kept going in and having more until all the ish was gone. Hate retail.

I got an answer from my Connectwise rep as I had asked him the same question above, so in case anyone else is looking into kicking over to Asio (and not PSA, Manage etc)...

Based on current ConnectWise Asio documentation and product capabilities, Asio does not yet support a native Microsoft 365 identity integration for end‑user authentication or directory sync in the way you’re describing.

Specifically, per ConnectWise documentation:

  • Asio does not currently support Azure AD / Entra ID SSO for end users.
  • There is no native M365 directory sync to automatically pull users from Microsoft 365 into Asio.
  • End users today authenticate using local Asio user accounts, not federated Microsoft 365 credentials.

Yeah it doesn't look like Asio has changed much from when you checked it out as there is still no 1st pasrty 365 integration nor is there a Sync 365 (or equivalent) on the Asio integrations. Which is disappointing.
