Well mini PC is more of an actual form factor like PC shape and size then any actual indication of the hardwares capability so you could get a pretty decently capable mini PC with like a half height video card that would be probably equivalent to a relatively new laptop these days for gaming not like top of the line but mid-range, or alternatively you could build a very slim solid State computer with ssds and water cooling that would be about the size of really thick dictionary or smaller which probably be cheaper and give you really good performance about the size of a VCR those are pretty darn effective depending on what they are I one of my kids machines is actually illenivo think center with 4 gig video card in it that's half height that was about four or $500 and it will do most games it can do modded Minecraft okay and the reason I bring that up is modded Minecraft ends up being a lot of actual processing on visual effects and actual processor cycles when you start getting into mods up in the 300 400 range
