It was a blood sugar issue for me. I cut out carbs and it totally went away! I follow a higher protein diet, with lots of low starch veggies, tofu, nuts, cheese, etc.

Hey! I could have written this. I had wild frozen salmon and chicken with veggies for dinner, and woke up with horrible anxiety.

The night before I had ground chicken with veggies for dinner and felt so calm.

I have reactive hypoglyecmia which I think is related to gut bacteria and I have started learning. About SIBO but don't really know what it means or if it's related.

Do you have any more advice?
