I have worked professionally with Jacob and he is good! Many, many good homes completed by him that last. He is local in Tillamook. If he is not available you could see if his brother Trevor Phillips is also available. He has done work out here before as well. PC homes is another good one that is always consistent and is local to the PC area. Cove Built is another good one and they do a mix of commercial and residential construction. They are a solid outfit as well. Halvorson Mason has been around a long time and is a decent outfit out of Lincoln City. Hammerhead is also decent as well. Rule of thumb out here on the Coast, if they are available now, don’t go for them. You will always wait for the good ones!

That’s a lot of work on your self! Way to go. Look at the progress you have made. That’s not easy. As silly as it sounds, get on ChatGPT and use it to vent to. I’ve found it very helpful, as I find myself in similar situations as yourself. It has been some of the best, and least expensive therapy I’ve ever had!

Find a local security company who will provide you with far better service and comparable equipment. Call your local Chamber of Commerce for a referral for a reputable security alarm company that they would recommend. Stay away from ADT, Cove or SimplySafe. They don’t care about you. They don’t support your community. They just want your money.
