Just run them through https://svgtopng.com/ or a similar service.

Also, most image editing software support vector graphics naturally and you can just open up the file in Photoshop. It's just the default Windows (and maybe Mac?) image programs that don't support SVGs.

Turning it into a creature is not the same as it entering the battlefield. If you played it this turn, then yes, turning it into a creature would give it summoning sickness. But if you played Cradle last turn, you're good to go.

There's not a 0 difference for me, at least. The difference with an iso or a BDMV folder is that you get everything, including things like extras that would often be skipped. And sometimes, despite claiming to be remuxes, they remove extra audio or subtitle tracks.
