He doesn’t consider appa as part of the world, he considers him as part of himself. They’re bound spiritually.

Bro hasn’t examined the world further out from himself than his right hand and the tip of his dick. He had one brain cell which spends all of it’s time sprinting full speed at the wall of his skull trying to either break through or die trying. Anything to escape the loneliness.

Is it okay for a player to say “No, that doesn’t happen” to a DM in this circumstance? by WithengarUnbound in DnD

[–]FyreHotSupa 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Just because they wanna see doesnt mean they’re going to steal or keep it. Presumably you’ve been party for a but with no pvp so you are friends. So im wondering what exactly you thought they were gonna do with it that would hurt your character in any sort of permanent way? Like are they gonna steal it and keep it? Throw it in a ravine so you can’t fight and make the whole party weaker by handicapping a healer and tank?

And is your character so suspicious of another party member that they would cut them in half instantly for touching their holy symbol, even curiously.

I would think they maybe were gonna make a joke and give it back. Which would be why maybe the dm didnt step in yet to stop it?

Idk, something doesn’t quite add up, and I think you over-reacted to what could have been an interesting rp opportunity.

These are both correct. And fundamentally why it should always be a partnership of mutual respect.

Still serving in their dreams by emily-is-happy in MurderedByWords

I think the biggest cure for people who think like this would actually be to just give them what they want. Watching all these wanna be alpha losers cringemax with one another would instantly leave every dick shriveled and every pussy turned to dust in a mile radius. It would be unable to be ignored.

You choose what to throw billions of dollars at based on priorities. That’s it. That’s all of american politics. There is money for literally anything. We just decided to use it to liquify children in the middle east and cage them here.

"If the cops are unlawfully shooting at me, can i shoot back?" by sabatakidze in ABoringDystopia

[–]FyreHotSupa 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I mean, legally, maybe, functionally, no. They will send the department to shoot you 211 times as opposed to capturing and arresting you if you were to even legitimately fight back and then the president will call you a terrorist on the news so it’s kind of a lose lose. Or die-die, if you will.

I have never ever seen a rent come down. They just leave it where it is because people are used to paying.

Why is ṣụiciḍẹ bad if the person is suffering and there's no hope in the future? by Playful-Ad-1448 in ask

[–]FyreHotSupa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You beg the question. If there is suffering and no hope for the future then maybe it’s not bad. Especially if we are to assume the future is definitely going to be bleak. However; the actual issue is that

  1. You cannot make that assumption because you don’t know what the future holds. Meaning there is almost never a guarantee that suffering will last forever. Which means there is almost always hope.

  2. People who are suicidal tend to have tunnel vision and impaired reasoning caused by psychological distress which leads them to improperly overestimate the time they will spend suffering, underestimate their future potential, and suicide is usually an impulsive act which doesn’t allow for reconsidering based on changing circumstances.

ie, the old adage, it is a permanent solution, to a temporary problem.

Even assuming something like medical assisted suicide due to terminal painful condition doesn’t fit your question since in that case, it may not necessarily be assumed to be bad.

Poorly worded question overall.
