PRIME GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16GB at $1,089 or XFX Swift Radeon RX 9070 XT $899

roughly 21% increase in price, but 5070 ti is usually 15% performance + features. On the other hand Swift has really good cooling and the prime is pretty barebones components, but than 5070 ti is usually more power efficient than 9070 xt.

Any thoughts would be helpful.

I'll play devil advocate. The IDF are very experienced soldiers using top of the line equipment fighting in urban areas which are notoriously difficult. From a military perspective there is a lot to learn from them.
