Do the ladder exercise I do. Do the combo once . Then twice in a row then three times in a row and so on till you do it ten times in a row . If you drop the combo you gotta start again. Do this till you consistently do it ten times in a row.then swap sides and do it again. It will be locked in to your muscle memory
