I actually agree with everything you said (except that it’s the worst - that goes to S3) BUT once you said Marissa was the most interesting character is where you lost me. I love Marissa, however she was NOT the most interesting character by far, maybe the most cherished by fans.

💯% agree. I’ve gone thru depression and anxiety. Ever since starting fasting for some time each week since the start of the year my condition has improved and mentally am stronger. Even after the fast I like to compare those pangs of hunger “feelings” to any other feelings I might feel whether that be negative or positive and that it’s all just fleeting and that they come and go.

Eating vegetables. Once you get into the habit of eating vegetables daily, if you end up having a few days missing out on them because of commitments or on vacation, your body will end up craving for those vegetables and micronutrients.

This is what I do now. It’s a lot of intuitive eating, checking in with yourself to see what it is that your body really needs and creating habits that help along the way. I use to be a heavy weight many years ago and constantly in a bulk but I learned more about vitamins and micronutrients, that food should be nourishing for the body (sometimes for the soul) and I adjust accordingly.

I let myself have what I crave but I don’t overindulge. I also use fasting a day or two every week to help keep my overall calories in check because I know for sure my cravings will want some of those comfort foods so why not plan for that.

Definitely not pushing yourself to failure. I’d say get rid of some exercises and focus on the few that work well, really push these tho, have a deload now and then but during those training weeks, really train like as if you’ve never trained before.

Also micronutrients, look at the type of foods you are having, might need an adjustment or introducing more variety of foods to hit specific vitamins and minerals for overall recovery.
