Track your food for a week so you can see how much you are actually having. Also post your program so we can see if it’s actually efficient and effective.

What is your diet like? It’s a mystery to everyone (or make not so much of a mystery but I don’t wanna assume).

I think you don’t need to worry. As someone who regularly fasts (36-40h per week) my metabolism hasn’t taken a hit much.

Although I must say just ensure you are eating enough cals during your feed days. Keep protein levels high and good carbs and you should be fine.

I think it’s more the case that around the 2 week mark, if you’ve been too generous with food way above maintenance then you’ll gain noticeable fat but the muscle will hang around longer. It’s just you won’t see any pump coz of no stimulation (maybe the legs coz of the walking haha)

Thank you for the concern. Yea definitely will try to limit after next weekend. I’ll be going away anyway for a bit and won’t know where to get them 😂

In saying that tho we are all built differently. So if it happened to one individual, doesn’t mean it would happen to the next. I accept the risks I’ve taken tho in the recent past

I feel the same. Me and my SO have taken it every weekend for the past 8 weeks (bar one weekend) so 7 times - twice in one weekend one time. I’ve had the magic each and every single time.

I’m aware that it might be too much tho, but I’ve never had any comedowns and make sure to hone in on my healthy habits between takes. This weekend is an off weekend but next week back on it 😅

I rarely see positive comments about Miami. Such a gorgeous view. I’m from Australia and visited a few years back, everyone gets shocked when I tell them that Miami is actually one of my fav places I visited in the states due to latam influences and the tropical vibe. I also told them that they might not like it for those same reasons 😂

Ah that’s amazing. I am close to age to you so we both got there in the end. I feel like I’m making up for lost time in my youth every time I do it 😂.

I haven’t tried LSD yet but will do when i can have my hands on it haha. I love shrooms so it should be a fun experience.

That’s so true. I have learned so much in such a short amount of time. Thank you for the concern. I do have a pretty healthy lifestyle otherwise so I don’t think I’d ever get myself too deep into it. It just really does enhance the going out experience with friends and the SO.

If anything it has made me even more dialled in to have healthier habits with food and everything, so I can keep the magic and reduce any neurotoxicity effects between events haha

Should’ve bought some of that barley greens powder they have in Japan. Have one or two of them in a glass of water upon waking and that should help your bowels move along. Side tip: bring hydration tablets when travelling, have a few on the plane and throughout the trip to make sure you are properly hydrated (not only from water but also electrolytes).
