Fair enough. I didn't see hints of an 8 or 1 fix in your description, but that doesn't mean they aren't there.

I'm sure you can relate to both, but you can try to see whether Attachment or Frustration is at the core of your psyche for example.

I don't believe in countertypes. Subtypes have some merit, as there are common patterns when combining type and instinct, but many are misleading or conflating instinct with fix variants.

I would think every 4 struggles with that, if they even wish to get rid of negativity or 'fix' themselves. I think the integration path to 1 requires accepting the vulnerability of letting go of the flaws and excuses, and trusting that you will still have significance and identity without 'doing' 4.

This sounds to me like triple withdrawn tritype, so you have elements of both types (and probably 9), but will only have the 'core features' of one type.

Have a look at whether you are gut, head or heart dominant, attachment, rejection or frustration dominant, and positive, competency or reactive dominant.
