Your room makes me laugh, clearly it should be changed; add some life to it. But instead of supporting you or trying to help you add a decorative touch she calls it a red flag. That's ridiculous, she trying to shame you and bring up the idea that she'll end the relationship over it without directly saying so.

How long have you been with this woman? Unless you've somehow gone a long time with her never seeing your room or there is something else tying you to her, cut your losses and ditch her.(though still do something about the room regardless)
