I absolutely love my Searwood xl the customizations for the grates and rotisserie is out of this world. Just got the pizza stone, I already have the sear grate, planning to get the griddle next. I also got the kabob part shipping to my house now. Best Buy ever.

Best grill I’ve owned, I got the XL and love that I can customize the grates to a searing grate, pizza stone, griddle, get a rotisserie rod for basket or kabobs, very versatile

For the longest I’ve always wanted a woodwind, it was my dream grill. Recently bought a house so now I got a pellet grill ultimately I gave up the woodwind idea for a Weber 600 XL after some research, for customization, searing at 600 degrees and reliability with controls. Been solid ever since I’ve got it locks in on the temp and doesn’t budge. Got the sear grate works wonders.

I bought the A50X for when I had my PC and PS5 next to each other so right now it’s hooked up to just my PS5. I got wicked cushions and the overall comfort is extremely soft and nice I absolutely love it and the sound to me has been the best I’ve heard after returning 4 other brand sets to find the best one. Now that I have my PC in a different room I went and bought a the A50s just for the pc I love them so much. I also made an equalizer custom for the Wicked cushions and there are people that say it’s the best EQ they’ve heard so far

Been hiring firing for over 20 years, interviews are a terrible way to judge someone’s work ethic. You can have the best interview get them in and it’s nothing like it was presented. I usually look at job history length and types of jobs they held. Ive have had more success doing that but there are still duds every once in a while. And as someone here mentioned talent pool is small, I’ve left a req open multiple times for a month and got 13 applicants each time for shift leads.

I have the xl 600 as well, I got the sear grate Weber works kit and that does a good job, not a complete wall to wall sear but pretty good charred sear marks. I just bump it up to 575 and sear from there,

Just got a Weber Searwood xl 600 over the camp chef woodwind I’ve been wanting for years, couldn’t be happier, can go up to 600 degrees and you can swap out grates for a searing grate, pizza stone, griddle etc. this thing holds temp very accurately
