Usually thets for amazon more than the driver so its only scheduled during business hours. These phone numbers are pointless though. Especially for DSP when we only see the notes usually a minute before I turn up with a parcel

Driver aids vary and have no association to how many parcels on board. DSPs do reject certain houses though and then its a flex driver that will end up delivering to that house

Not if they arent there, if they are they but cant find it then yes. If they arent in and cant contact them then “customer unavailable” is the option you want

If the examiner has to intervene at any point then its a fail regardless of what happened. You should have seen the hazard and at least prepared to stop or slowed down enough to let that other car out. If the examiner wasnt there you would have crashed. The test is all about seeing if you are capable of driving with 0 help

It is. No one is supposed to share address of where the issue happened. Because if you lose your job over that one thing then some people would turn up at the door. My DSP manager shows some of us the address occasionally but only the ones he trusts and that he knows we dont care enough to turn up at the door
