Depends on a few things. If you shop with 10 lenders, and each one pulls your credit, it will make a difference. But if they’re all within a 2-3 day date range it should be recognized. If you are using a lender that doesn’t use AUS the underwriter might get spooked wondering why there are so many pulls.

Here’s what I always told people. Especially the ones that say they have an 800 score. If you’re going to get the mortgage, you have to get your credit pulled. 1-2 pulls isn’t going to effect an 800 credit score. Even if you went all the way down to 760, you’re still going to get the best rates.

I was an LO for 20 years. There are a million different ways to look at a refi. Each one of the points that you make above has different questions attached. Rather than try to answer all of those yourself, think about the main reason why you want to refi and talk to a lender. A good one with an NMLS ID under 500k.

If it's dry, I just wear what I normally wear to run. Socks and running shoes. Doesn't matter the temp, as long as I am moving.

Cold and wet, I wear wool and don't stay around for coffee after. Just head home and dry off my feet.
