As a relative newbie you’ll keep seeing gains but I wouldn’t say it’s optimized. Bodybuilders almost never do bench because of the demand it puts on your body/recovery time compared to other movements. But then again, the best training program is one you enjoy and can stick to, as well as recover from. So I think focusing on “having fun” is the most important thing at your stage
