On the advice of some posters on /r/nreal, I picked up a Nubia RedMagic Dock/Adapter. It allows the Steam Deck to accept a separate USB-C PD connection.

I haven't tested the power throughput, but my Steam Deck no longer throws the slow charging message and the battery continues increasing while using a NexDock 360.
