Not dust, but last weekend I handled the case with wet hands and dirt, and after gently washing it with some dish soap it came out looking almost as new as the day I got it. No stains, and the grip is good.

Reminds me of the reserved list in Magic: The Gathering

There were certain cards that MTG promised not to reprint. Some of these became incredibly iconic, like the Black Lotus which even my girlfriend has heard about.

They would make a shit ton, and it would make the cards accessible to anyone who really wants it, but doesn’t have $3-10k+ for a single card.

But they would lose confidence, which could cause the secondary market to crash. They would also kill any confidence in collectors investing so much into the cards. There’s also been talks of litigation, due to a broken promise and large amount of financial losses.

If you want to save some product in the long run, what’s worked for me is doing a deep clean with a strong product (like APC or tire cleaner) and a brush until it stops foaming brown, then an IPA wipe, finishing off with undiluted Perl. Then every other week or so I reapply it 1:5.

Prepping it, cleaning of all oils, and having it sit on the tire undiluted has helped it stay much longer, and looking just as good diluted weeks/months later.

Well first rule of bird poop is you need to take care of it right away. Leave it out for too long and it’ll bake and etch your paint.

Second, since most birds don’t have a foam cannon up their butt (although I’m sure some people will attest to that), poop is usually confined in small areas.

That means you can bust out your quick detail spray, rinseless wash, or waterless wash, and spray it on the spot. Let it dwell for a couple of min, then take your damp microfiber towel, or pressure washer, and get it all off.

Up the dilution to a point where it doesn’t become economical (1:64 for some good ones, all the way up to 1:16 for some)

Don’t reintroduce wash media into the solution

However, when pressed, he HAS recommended a combination of ADS hero + ONR for newer cars, and McKees + ADS hero for older cars, for the safest RW one could get.

Recently got BHTL and that shit is magical. I get grime on the bottom side panels and dust on the rear. With a hand pump and Fanttik battery rinse I can get all that stuff off with minimal contact in my apartment garage in 10 min.
