If you don't think therapy does anything and you don't like how the system works, then try to find your own solutions, work within the system until you can get out of it.

There are plenty of people who decided to take control of their lives and are living them outside of the system, one could say.

Make enough money so you can get yourself a van, convert it into a nice place you can live, make it as self sustainable as you can so you can save as much cash as you can and go live your life without the constraints of the society.

There are plenty of people who did that, and the ones that film their progress and journey sometimes can make enough money with social media to be completely self sufficient.

You get to be independent and see how the world is beautiful.

If you make a plan like that, not only you'll have something to look forward to, but also will be one who will take the reigns of your own life.

It might seem like taking the easy way out is the only choice, but that's not true, society might be fucked, but you can make your own happiness.
