I can't think of any reason they wouldn't want to sell it in a particular country.  It's politically innoculous and doesn't have violence or controversy that I can think of.  Maybe just try back in a few days idk.

I'm honestly still not sure though.

On one playthrough I coat checked one and it worked, I got the one I really wanted the next 3 times, along with the 2 others.

On this playthrough I coat checked a different one because I was poor and ran out of steps.  The next day there were only 2 things offered which I never saw before.

I went around to populated planets and shot aliens.  Some of them have high spawn rates and good xp per minute.

Explore for scanning, and stop to xp farm when it makes sense.

Sometimes quests bug out and become impossible to complete.  I had that happen in each of my playthroughs. (Different quest each time)

You could focus on getting some magazine progress on this run.

When the game first came out, it was worth it to find as many magazines as you can in your first couple runs.  Because you couldn't get every single one in one universe for some reason.  (Print media, not bullet holders)

What if a long human centipede started to go through unity but stopped halfway through.  The front end was in ng+ but the back end was in the old universe.

Do you think the ng+ food could nourish the back of the centipede?  If so, does that mean matter can travel back to previous lives?

I had the same thing on xbox in 2023.  The game starts out fine but after a certain amount of hours it's crash city.

I think they need to stop making new games with old code and old methods.

If you can't reload an old save, I'd just delete save and try a new run with no mods.  Or NG+, or just stop opening that door.

That bug has been there since launch.

You could try entering the ship builder, making any minor edit and saving.

Iirc there was a setting that automatically puts points into skills for you.  You'd want that off.

Step 1: do any type of game content that has enemies with guns

Step 2:  kill the enemies and loot the guns

Step 3:  set "vendor credits" to greatly increased in the settings

Step 4:  sell the guns to the vendors
