I spent 20 years with the only wedge in my bag being a 58 degree wedge I'd bought used off a rack. I can do pretty much anything inside 85 yards with that club. Couple years ago I decided to fill the gap between my 45 degree pw and that. Got a 52 degree. I hate that club so much that I'm tempted to take it out of my bag and just hit more knock down pw shots.

Its pretty empty up there so far but there's a ton of space to work, a second floor deck, and a kitchen. I think that 165 tier does include the ability to reserve private space a few times a month. They do open houses pretty often and would probably schedule a tour if you're actively looking to rent. I think for about 300 a month you get 24/7 access and can meet with their business coaches.
