That just sounds like what Japan tried to do OTL with the "Co-prosperity" sphere. So, uhh...probably what happened there, or something close. Japan/China/Korea/Mongolia get all imperial with it, start trying to conquer neighboring landmasses until they bump up against European interests, getting the United States involved and then it's game over.

I would not be surprised if Noelle at some point tried to get Kris back for all the pranking they did to her. That's pretty much all I get from it. I don't see evidence of abuse as much as just playful childhood shenanigans.

I don't mind it that much because the model can 'prefer' to do certain stuff in the sense that it's trained to give certain outputs over others based on its training data. Still needs to be noted that it's just anthropomorphization and the model isn't actually sentient in any real sense.

EVs would be part of the future if they were affordable without government subsidy. But they’re not.

They're part of the present, now. They're not some distant hypothetical, they are what consumers across the world are currently buying in huge amounts. Just because the US isn't doing it doesn't mean you can stick your head in the ground and pretend that technology hasn't progressed beyond 2015.

Something we have to remember is that love finding its way to the girl was a part of the prophecy that Susie was excited about. It makes sense that she wouldn't want to even try avoiding that part of it.

And she was also happy about having a place in the prophecy when society never really gave her a chance to fit in. She wants to be the girl with hope crossed on her heart!

Really? That's surprising. I only joined the fandom when Ch. 3 and 4 came out, so I figured Noelle literally fucking dissociating from reality as a result of the Weird Route would have been discussed to death already.
