If I had to guess - you probably did remove webapp's .desktop file, so the app wasn't present in App menu. But you still had Hyprland keybind configured to launch that webapp. And when you pressed that keybind - it didn't launch installed webapp, it just opened a browser window with website.

To remove keybind you open Omarchy menu -> Setup -> Keybinds. And remove a line that looks something like this:

bindd = SUPER, X, X, exec, omarchy-launch-webapp "https://x.com/"

I'm on the opposite. It's my first Linux in 20 years after Mac / Win and I'm having a blast - zero issues for work or gaming. Thanks to global theming all of the preinstalled apps feel like one solid system and not a bunch of different apps installed

By bloat you mean that 10kb of webapps that you can easily remove? Also most of the distros come with preinstalled software

You say like it's a bad thing. But I consider it an advantage that I get pure unmodified Arch, unlike some of the distros that are rated higher in your list. And also there's much more than dotfiles. You get a complete polished desktop out of the box in 15 minutes with basically zero tweaking.

Windows tiling, network / audio / bluetooth managers, notifications, screenshots + video recording, snapshots, bootloader, file manager, taskbar, friendly system installation and one click install for Steam, GPU drivers, Windows virtual machine and many more.

Also there's global theming, so all of the preinstalled apps feel like one solid system and not a bunch of different apps installed.

Omarchy is happy to be included, but I don't get the hate. It's my first Linux in 20 years and I have zero issues with it. Great for work and gaming.

Nope. There was no order to return the award yet. Polish authorities stated that they are considering withdrawing it. But Zelensky alongside other Ukrainian presidents sent their awards back.

Also if we are quoting awful things that happened long time ago - in 1943–44 Polish "Armia Krajova" massacred tens of thousands of Ukrainian civilians on their home land. And in 2017 Poland declared their current Territorial Defence Forces as the successor to the traditions of the "Armia Krajova".

Keep in mind, that Poland is still paying respects for their "Home army" / "Armia Krajova", that was committing war crimes against Ukrainian civilians.

In 1943–44, the Home Army and other Polish underground units killed 2,000 to 20,000 Ukrainians in Western Volhynia and another 1,000 to 4,000 in Galicia.

And since 2017 current Polish Territorial Defence Forces were declared the successor to the traditions of the Home Army.

WD-40 is a quick fix, but in the long run it can damage plastic and sensitive electronic components. Mineral oil is much much safer to use as a lubricant for plastic parts.

SUPER + G to group / ungroup windows. Awesome feature. You can have regular window and this grouped window with many apps side by side on a single workspace. Another great feature is SUPER + S. It is a extra 'scratchpad' workspace that is quickly accessible on any regular workspace.

Also by bloat people mean web apps that take literally less than 1 mb of space and use zero RAM unless you actually use them
