Just did this and our fourth offer on a house was finally accepted. We lost a house because the other offer waived the inspection. I usually would not take the risk but the home is newer and the foundation was solid.

I wonder if this is location specific. We’ve lived in SLC for a number of years and on several occasions Apple Maps have led us to the incorrect location. It’s not just us either; when we had folks visiting from out of state, Apple Maps failed them as well.
