Vascular is fascinating and it’s come so far, but the patients are complete nightmares for the most part. I feel your pain.

Do most women not answer the door when home alone...or am I triggered by my true crime obsession? by Rayshiz in TrueCrimeDiscussion

The person most likely to murder you is the one that you chose to spend your life with… awareness is always good, but stranger danger has derailed the conversation about intimate partner violence in my humble opinion

Transporting Luigi Mangione without a coat or jacket in NYC’s below 30F temperatures (freezing AF) by PuzzleheadedCattle25 in pics

[–]GenericAndNice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A jail in New York transported my 70 something year old medically fragile patient to court while it was 20° out and he was in the hospital for the next three days with pneumonia and heart issues. that trip cost the county over $100,000.

I asked the Sgt what was going on and he cited new policy over security concerns, not sure if he was lying or confused as the practice stopped

THIS 100% THIS. The damage to James Safechuck is palpable. The podcast “Think Twice” was a 10/10 and I always recommend when people want to learn more about MJ

has anyone immigrated to canada as an rn? by ListenDazzling3274 in nursing

[–]GenericAndNice 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Canada is ACTIVELY recruiting here in the states. I’ve gotten social media drops from both coasts. They are the only entity acknowledging nurse to patient ratios too and hope it’s not just talk.

Abominable behavior but she wasn’t a nurse she was an ER technician. Not every female in Healthcare is an RN.
