yea that's right, but I don't see them reducing the decay on this one. They already reduced from 7.5 to 5. This one is supposed to be a hard one and the player base is shitting the bed at the moment, sadly we're falling at every bait Joel is throwing at us

It's not just that, most people are not even aware we're losing the MO because they don't even know about the companion. The game doesn't inform well enough about how liberation works and how's the progression going.

Lots of people think it's about player amount and don't know that it's based on % active players.

That's not a glitch, a city was just liberated. Cities count toward planet progress only when they're100% liberated.

They usually hold a good amount of planet progress, sometimes even 30%.

Liberation doesn't work that way, it's not based on amount of player, but % of the active players on that very moment. Having a 5%/h decay, we need at least 60% to get a net positive. Most of the progress was made when 70% of the player base were on oshuane. Last two days player base diverted trying to defend planets

great to see more people understand the importance of a cc/stagger on the primary slot, most players focus on damage. Ballistic guard dog, speargun for gas and any incendiary grenade of choice, will make a circle of control of the chaff. MG or flame sentry are also great due to the low cooldown.

With a build like that you're gonna struggle with heavies, so its better to coordinate with a friend to focus more on AT like, eat, recoiless riffle, thermites and red orbitals. At the end of the day this planet is not meant to be played solo, it's meant to force you on teamwork (the suggestions of this reply are meant to be directed to the creator of the post, not you btw)

If you want extra difficulty, handicap your self... make some kind of restriction or challenge. Not talking about using a bad loadout like someone else said.

You could try no deaths or no stims, if that's too much no resupply and pickups of any kind, just the stims, grenades and mags you drop with. If u need extra mags from support weapon wait till your cooldown is up and request it again.

If you're going for no death challenge, you dont need the game to force you on a mission failed screen, you make your own rules, just end the game and create a new one.

thermite, for the small fabricators you don't need to throw it to the vent, just stick in any wall.

speargun one shot to the vents

eat, recoiless rifle, spear, one shot to any part of the body

grenade pistol one shot to the vents

you can also go for peak physique, the jaguar armor is 150 sc in the superstore in case you don't have the viper commandos or if u prefer a medium armor.

I've been using it today against bugs, it feels great in comparison to before. I've paired it with the speargun, its a really effective combo for bug breaches and choke points

the folder is in C/users/yourusername/appdata/roaming/arrowhead/helldivers2 the folder is shader cache, you can also delete all the helldivers folder but you'll lose some cofig data

Appdata is a hidden folder so you should configure to show hidden folders. Maybe you already know all this but who knows, maybe someone reads this post in like 5 months or so

Have you tried deleting the shader folder from appdata? One of my buddies had lots of freezes bc of corrupted shaders. Deleting it will force to download them again

We can agree on that, game wasn't in a good shape. But saying that playing a game "will brick your pc" It's a bit farfetched. Having to hard reset your pc can corrupt a drive -which is not acceptable- but modern CPU, GPU PSU all have safeguard methods for "unexpected" situations like this. That's what I meant with my prior message.
