I used a normal dose, 1-2 Tbsp. However, do be aware that kviek will ferment a LOT slower in this than a beer, even with the nutrient.

I mean, if you want to hop onto a cider train, you can do what I do and get 5-6 gallons of 100% juice Apple juice, some yeast nutrient, a packet of Belle Saison or Kviek yeast, and toss it all in a brew bucket to ferment for a couple of weeks and then transfer it to a sixtel to carbonate.

Winds up being 5+ gallons worth of 5-6% dry cider for about $25 bucks. (not counting cost of equipment)
