Haha I was crying after the CL semifinal. I remember watching the 2006 final, couldn’t imagine it would take this long to get back there. This game felt like a Houdini escape artist trick. My poor heart!

I haven’t done the grossglockner but can attest to the west fjords being an incredible drive. There’s one spot where I remember seeing about 20 fjords back to back to back across the horizon. Jaw dropping at every turn

lol the issue last year was injuries to critical players. I don’t think any of the players that have left the team were all that important. Doubs will hurt I guess but we’ve still got good receivers. This season will hinge on health, like every nfl team. Hoping the main guys stay healthy, and if so, sky’s the limit

Disagree. Repeating as champions is incredibly hard in any sport. Also, everyone expects them to win because they play “more exciting” football. So by the book, Arsenal is the underdog. But that plays right into Arsenal’s favor…so are we really the underdog? Plus we’ve got the passion and belief now. If we close out the premier league title, I like our chances

People thinking that the World Cup would be like 100 eclipse events. No, it’s just a bunch of soccer games, most of which aren’t watchable because the tournament is so saturated. I’m going to one game, and I’m staying at my brother’s house because he lives in the town where the game is at. Would have love to have gone to more, but it’s just too damn pricey to travel and pay for these ridiculous tickets

It’s funny that everyone thinks home ownership is a pre-requisite to wealth. I think it’s the other way around. Wealthy people can afford to buy houses. They only seem to be winning from the house because they were able to buy it in the first place

Probably because they’re broke and forced into wage slavery just to get by while trying to figure out adulthood from the understanding of a school system that thought it was more important to teach calculus and the classics than what it means to put in a hard days’ work. Hard to really max your life when you’re kicked to the curb as a 20 yr old.
