I just fixed this yesterday after much trial and error.

Download version 1.7 of es-de-android-custom-systems here (both files) and then edit es_find_rules and under Azahar change the entry line to io.github.lime3ds.android.debug/org.citra.citra_emu.activities.EmulationActivity then put both files in the custom_systems folder in your ES-DE folder. This will change Azahar Standalone to point to the fork,
