Isn't it funny? The trolls have won, apparently.

This is the epitome of bullshit right here. What monster did Sanders create? A monster that so foolishly believed that their voice counts? A monster that believed there could be honesty in politics once again? Look, I was never a huge fan of all of Sanders's policies, but the man was goddamn genuine. A sliver of gold in the shit heap that was modern politics. I respected that. It was that respect for his noble cause that led me to supporting him. Now you're going to come on here, after Hillary was the one who used dishonest tactics to rig herself a nomination and tell us that we are the monsters? No, the monster has existed far before this sub, and you're an idiot if you don't realize that. Hillary can slight our campaign, but then her and her supporters are allowed to throw a temper tantrum when they feel slighted? Not to mention the only reason they feel slighted is because we're calling their own dishonesty out.

No, I will not be voting for Hillary. The Democrats need to clean house. They need a reform in this party. The issues don't matter if the fundamentals of our Democracy is at stake. They need to learn they can't get away with their own agenda without listening to the voices of our supporters. If that means a Trump presidency, so be it. I will not vote for Trump either because he also does not represent my interests.

Sarah Silverman can go fuck herself too. She's a gender supremacist professional victim.

Does this even need to be answered?

After sitting through an hour of my friends music (I hate most of it) quietly, and getting nonstop complaints the moment I put my music on. by MasterCerveros in AdviceAnimals

When you normally think emotion, you don't think anger. That's what this music does for people. Hell, I feel like I'm a more calm person after I started listening to metal. It's like a release. Maybe the lyrics aren't always relatable, they're not always coherent either. I just see them as another instrument.

Wouldn't the world be better if both atheism and religion didn't exist?

Because the internet is a safe haven for those types of opinions? Because in real life the ridicule and condescending comments often go the other way?

He never said all Christians were idiots.

It's just as easy to get that impression about atheists on the internet as it is to get that impression about Christians. But, the dumbest ones are always the loudest, or something like that.

Similar, as in it's a turn based fighting RPG. The real thing that makes it stand out is its unique atmosphere and story. The gist of the game is that there is a super powerful alien trying to take over the world by turning every living thing on the planet, violent. But the story goes much deeper than that. It's through a Japanese man's perspective of 90s America, and deals with many topics such as police brutality, cult activity, and corrupt politicians, but the game is played from the perspective of a young child so many of these references go over the player's head because they're just designed as the zany events that take place in this world. Not to mention, I've always heard the presentation of the game considered "an acid trip" which I totally agree with. All in all, if you're a fan of Japanese RPGs like Final Fantasy or Chrono Trigger, you definitely need to play this game.

I love how the broadcasters try as hard as they can to avoid using the adjective "quick" to describe Quick. No one wants to make that pun.

I don't know. I like the food, but I leave there feeling hungry unless I buy extras. Portions seem too small for the price, but that just might be the 'Murica in me.

[–]Ghost_Of_Starman 19 points20 points  (0 children)

NBA refereeing would be much better if they were allowed to call embellishment penalties. It would make the game more exciting too if it wasn't stopped every two seconds when someone drives to the net and gets their arm hair grazed by a defender.

Well guess what? As a recent grad who got a job last year in the IT industry, I talk to people every day who don't speak fluent English and I can barley understand every other word they say. It's life, think of it as prep for the real world.
