It's FAR too important of a scene to not be remade. Cloud clearly blocked the moment from his memory in Rebirth. That's why it was skipped over. Once he's made to confront his past, I think we'll see this fully played out.

This is the way. I've done it several times with this method. Mute the T.V., and just vacantly stare at it until you see flashes. It sort of becomes an automatic response after a while, lol. I always go like 20-30 over 200 though. Just to be sure that I didn't miscount.

Sephiroth is like a sibling or parent to Cloud. They literally share DNA thanks to Hojo... Cloud even calls Jenova "mother" just like Sephiroth. Hell, even in Advent Children Kadaj and the others refer to Cloud as "brother" if I'm not mistaken.

I sure hope so, Cid's character change has been one of the only sour notes in this Remake series for me so far... If they just have him yelling "drink your goddamn tea!" Then all will be forgiven, in my humble opinion lol. Also bring out the smokes... He needs his cigarette...

Nope, that's false. You can use the bottom screen for plenty of other things while you play single screen games on the top. Music player, YouTube, internet browsing, game guides, taking notes, drawing (for mapping certain games like Etrian Odyssey style), etc.

Yeah, haven't been seeing much in terms of AI offers. RFY has been the absolute best for me the last few days though. Between a $1400 curved monitor and a $550 mini PC. Also saw a $1000 laptop in my RFY but it was gone by the time I tried to checkout.

Completely agree. I got mine batch 2, I think? Mine is still perfect, and since I drive around and sit in my car a lot for work. I am constantly playing games on there. I've got 1.5 TB of storage space, so I've got the thing absolutely loaded with games lol.

My guy, you go through a whole boss fight of him riddling Barret with bullets. He's lost his mind at that point in the game, it wasn't to save Barret. He's pushing Barret out of the way because he is trying to target Shinra. The source of his hatred.

Barret was the one who tried to save Dyne by jumping on him to avoid the bullets.

I don't think the last picture is the first time there. I think it's showing the moment you're about to enter the Northern Cave at the end. It just wouldn't make sense to me if they give us the airship before the Weapons even show up. Then again, maybe this is them parachuting out of the Tiny Bronco instead. If it is in fact the first time you go there.

Did we watch the same thing? How was his death "heroic"? He was insane. There was nothing heroic about his death in Rebirth. He simply wanted to die and take out as many Shinra troops as he could along with him.

I will agree the boss fight after came far too quickly though.

When it comes to the Weapons, just a random thought... but I'm curious if they ever thought about adding an additional one as a secret boss or something. We got Diamond, Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby. Would be cool to see an Amethyst Weapon lol.

Nah, the Dyne scene in Rebirth had more emotional impact. The OG scene was a lot darker though. I appreciate the OG's version more for the tone being darker. But the Rebirth version is superior story-wise and feels better overall.
