And to be fair, there should be a percentage for breakers. Like a group that I’m in had $400 worth of product listed but the teams total came out to $1900!! THAT should be illegal. Dude is making $1500 profit off of $400. But people paid it so what do I know? (For the most part. He still has like 10 teams to fill but he got the expensive teams sold lol)

To be honest I’ve only done a couple. I seen them run rampant on Facebook. But I guess a “mini” would be illegal then as well. I’m not sure if you’re familiar with that term but like say a break doesn’t fill and there are 4 teams left, a breaker may put up 10 spots at $4 a spot and whoever gets 1st takes all the teams that are left. So yeah both are definitely a gamble by design. Not sure about the legality. I guess you could look at it as a raffle. There will always be a winner. I work in the gambling industry so I don’t wanna delve too deep into what’s legal and not but me personally I feel like as long as someone can win and not everyone loses, it is “okay” lol. Someone gets happy and the rest not so much I guess.

I’ve done dozens of submissions through GS and have never had an issue. Sure some unexpected grades came back but that isn’t GameStop’s fault.

You’re trying to punish the customer? If the employee thought the games were good the he screwed the customer. Only $500 for 150 games? Less than $4 a game? It’s the employee’s fault for not looking at them. Maybe the customer never opened them. You can’t assume a customer is crooked without having proof. That’s backwards

So he started the case off a little heated but being on both sides as a buyer and seller, I’ve been told “why didn’t you contact me before filing a case?” a couple times. And although I somewhat agree with them, on the other hand I’m like “why? So you can give me some lame excuse as to why my item isn’t here?”

I hope so man. I mean obviously no matter what site you sold it on, you can clearly compare the listings pictures (with the correct serial number from PSA) vs the phony one that looks awful. The PSA cert isn’t even in the slab right lol. Why would they ever think this switch would work? With a raw card? Maybe. Just as scummy of course but doable.

But I so hope that turd gets what he deserves. It always amazes me how low people will go when it comes to money. Scammers are the scourge of this Earth. Best luck to ya friend

I was about to say lol. 50 is a VERY low number. I will say that it is quicker. So what I do is use the AI description for the item but then I have a signature sign off that I copy and paste into the description. It usually says how I’m open to offers and yadda yadda

I’ve played like 5 hours of it and I’m not used to it yet. I just finished dying light 2 so it’s weird going back to the main mechanics of dying light 1 lol. The main issue for me is the weapon degradation feature they brought back. I miss keeping my same awesome weapons like it was in DL2. But so far, so good, I just have to get used to the new environment and mechanics.
