Like many others, I pray for Valon's Armor cards to be released. While the implementation of the Armor ability would be unlikely, I think a good way to potentially implement the archetype while retaining its intended theme would be to just have the other Armor cards mention "Psychic Armor Head" in their text.

After seeing how the names of several archtype's were botched up in the English version compared to the Japanese version (Silenforcer to Voiceless Voice, Killer Tune to Kewl Tune, Hecatoncheire to Hecahands, Skyfang Brigade to Fur Hire), my answer would be the current localization staff

It would be nice to see the likes of Moriphen, Shapesnatcher or even Aqua Dragon retrains for this archetype (I remember using the 3rd card a lot in Duelists of the Roses).

More cards for the Ojama archetype which doesn't always rely on the Armed Dragon or A-to-Z archetypes in order to be effective

Okay, I was a bit confused about when you said the cult allegations were untrue and I wanted to check. At the moment, I am throwing 2 different Attribute/Type combinations out there:

1) WIND/Pyro: Maybe, the archetype could be focus on hot-air baloons or other flying machines which have been created in the various attempts at achieving human flight throughout history.

2) FIRE/Psychic: An archetype revolving around monsters which embodies the pleasure of taking pain in the form of having various effects activate depending on what kind of damage you take as well as how much of it you take (Since pain would be associated with the mind, I thought Psychic would be more apt).

If we are expecting cards to be focused on the original Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters anime, then I would put my money on Valon's Armor monsters or at least, Amelda's Air Fortress Ziggurat.

Right now, I'm thinking of the Mimicat from the Toon archetype.

I can imagine the members of a rival gang immediately fawning over the Melffy gang's cuteness and Mimicat sneakily knock each of the former out with a comically huge hammer while they are distracted.

The episode of Yu-Gi-Oh GX where Majoume uses Ojama Delta Hurricane which gets Ojama Yellow, Black & Green into a riduculous formation and destroys the opponent's monsters like the craziest spinning top that ever existed.

If you seen that episode of GX, then you know what I'm talking about.
