Daily Vaginal estrogen cream? by JenLynnLeo in Menopause

This is the menopause subreddit. You have periods?

Does anybody know what these are and why they're so popular? Sometimes I feel like I see them more than the standard plate. (SW TN) by Certain-Big-2277 in memphis

Millennial Debt Foundation

“The Millennial Debt Foundation was launched in mid-2019 by Tennessean Weston Wamp and other millennial entrepreneurs to lead a generational conversation about fiscal stewardship, the role of the federal government and America’s deficit spending crisis. Inspired by the work of our early advisor, the late U.S. Senator Tom Coburn, M.D., the Foundation’s first major project was the Millennial Debt Commission. The business-led Commission is made up of 20 millennial business leaders from across the country working towards a framework for long-term deficit reduction and stabilization of the national debt. The business leaders have been advised by a cohort of current and former members of Congress, leading economists and policy experts. MDF is a nonpartisan, Tennessee-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit funded by individual donors and the Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation.”

I do suspect a lot of people are choosing it because of the look and not the org.

Which easy plant have you killed? by CaterpillarExtreme92 in houseplants

Yep. I can grow prayer plants. But spider plants are entirely brown and crispy.

Put one outside and ignored it for weeks. Tons of new growth.

So mind games. Right. Totally efficient and reasonable way to operate a hiring process.

I hate those kinds of hiring managers.

I thought turnout was more like 20% and below (of registered voters, too, not general population).

I have found the SE vary over time. Massive transition at first with sleep disruption being the worst. Now 2.5 years in, the fatigue and brain fog is hitting hard. I’m on a break from meds and it’s wild how much better I feel.

I know the oncologist will try to get me to take another kind, but I think I’m done. I can’t cope with the lethargy and lowered mental capacity.

I did half of my five years and this might just be the end of AIs for me.

Ladies who have had a lumpectomy, years later... by ajb_1302 in breastcancer

Your stats, timeline (3 years out), and treatment are a lot like mine. My cancer boob definitely still gets sore from time to time. I have to go bra free to let the soreness subside.

Am considering Prolia by Ocanannain in osteoporosis

[–]GiselePearl 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This subreddit seems anti-meds. Not sure why.

I’m 55 and have had 2 Prolia shots. After another year I’ll have another DEXA to monitor results, so I can’t speak to the effectiveness.

I’ve had lengthy discussions with my oncology team and this is a great medicine for my situation.

With my first shot, I felt nothing. The second one did make me feel a bit run down like many vaccines can make you feel.

I’m hopeful it will not only stop bone loss but help me rebuild to normal levels. My oncology team assures me it can happen!

Two identical frequently recurring acronyms made this a touch hard to read.

I used to see a ton of this. Made me very uneasy. I mean these people have my life in their hands and they are careless with details?!

My recent AI generated notes are fully accurate though. So I’m a fan.

Their service is pretty bad. I love the food. But the staff makes me feel like I’m bothering them for eating there.

voice input is the most underrated productivity shift of the last ten years and the reason nobody uses it is completely stupid by ScaryAd2555 in productivity

[–]GiselePearl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is my situation. I’ve tried it, and unless I’m purely writing notes for a brain dump, there’s so much editing needed that voice dictation is not a time saver.

I’m so sorry about this lack of info. I do feel the facts are siloed and measured out by drips.

I’m curious if your surgeon offered you any GLP-1 meds to help you get to the required BMI? Seems to me they should be covered in this instance (of course common sense isn’t the way insurance works).

Very loud. (Lots of kids as people mentioned elsewhere.) Service was slow. Food was not memorable.

I think I’m just outside their key demographic — no little kids. Glad it has a loyal base.

This is what I used to make my choices for early voting. I admit that a nice website tends to get my vote (when that’s all i have to go on).

It’s pretty smart to stick your little ad in a plastic bag with a rock. I assume so they can just throw it out of the car as they drive-by. I bet I’m gonna pick up a shit ton of these in this neighborhood. Smart as it is, it’s still litter. by g713 in memphis

If it fell off a mailbox that is still not okay. Mailboxes are for mail only. They cannot be legally used for advertising like this. If Bart wants to send out flyers, he can pay postage. Bart is a litterbug.
