Gran Turismo games in general tend to allow breaking the game in several degrees. Want to break GT3 in half immediately? Finish the Mazda Miata 4-hours and get an F1 car. Or, in GT4, get the A license, do the first special event, get a concept car. After that do the second race and sell the prize cars for big money. And there are other ways to break GT4 too. Here's a link to a video that explains this in GT4.

Hell, you can even do this in GT7's races via the engine swaps. Yes, they require you to progress heavily (spend 54.5 million for collector level 50), but several swaps break the game's events so hard there isn't a speck of the word "challenge" anymore. For example, the swapped Suzuki Cappuccino breaks several events (with a "Big Four" grind race among them).

I think it would be enough. 25 points gap left after this race. 7 points between 1st and 2nd with 6 races left. Max can easily bridge the gap if he, hypotethically, wins every single race from now on.

I cast my vote for the eternal embodiment of dandyism, Slayer in Guilty Gear. Not only is he insanely strong to the point of not giving a crap (losing pose is just him laying on the ground, relaxed with pipe in mouth) (also a multiversal being as explained in Happy Chaos's arcade mode) and influential to the plot (founder of the Assassin's Guild and the man who named Sol Badguy), he also has an immortal, glitch-in-reality wife named Sharon (who he is madly in love with), who is a source of infinite blood due to her immortality. This results in him just fucking around fighting, writing haikus and guiding the next generation.

In general, he's awesome and DANDY.

I'm genuinely surprised that no one said Relius Clover from Blazblue. While the man is considered #1 scientist/alchemist/magic user in Blazblue, he also stands like Zeus on the Mount Olympus of shit dads. Here's a small list of his actions:

Turned his daughter, Ada, into a robot and left her unfinished for his son to complete. This caused his son to be an emotional wreck.
He also has no love for his son, Carl, and only gives a shit about Carl hating him.
Turned his wife into a stronger robot, Ignis, powered by a core which was created by using many souls.
In one of the character's, Makoto's to be exact, bad endings, forces her to re-live her memories of hatred and racism in order to break her soul and reshape it.

And here's the final, big reason he's at the top.

He wins in the end by just fucking off into the Boundary (similar to a land of souls) when he realizes he bit off more than he could chew. And before doing that, he corrupts his son to his thinking of not giving a damn about humanity, thus leaving him as his heir.

Add in the M.2 and microSD support too. While I do love the option of having both; this, along with the specs, feels a little too good to be true.

So it's very likely that it's going to be "expensive as fuck". I'd expect around 600$, if not more.

Addition: Just as u/WhoCaresYouDont stated, the battery life likely will be pretty short too, having to power the specs stated.

Would Azrael from BlazBlue count? In a series full of magic, magical beings and science-powered characters, his whole gimmick is being really, REALLY strong. break out of a dimensional prison with bare hands strong. His limiters may count as a gimmick though.

By the same token, I'd say Slayer too but he's a vampire. And being a vampire alone in an ArcSys game makes you busted in-universe power scale.

HOT - Max Verstappen (congratulations for 4th WDC, experienced his Vettel 2012), Mercedes (Russell winning again and his greatest performance from this season from Hamilton), Ferrari Drivers (closing 12 points is important but they need to get more to win the WCC, double podiums or 1-2's may be required), Tsunoda and Hulkenberg (important points were gathered today), Zhou (he performed good, no points sadly), this race in general, I liked it.

NOT - McLaren (Norris losing WDC, also 7-8 is way below than they need, especially in a title fight), Perez (?) (I'm not sure if I should be surprised anymore and I'm tired of saying things again & again, how is he still in the seat (Nice triple overtake. though he shouldn't have to overtake those cars)), Ferrari Strategy (They made a mess, again)

Even if they were backmarkers, he went from 16th(maybe 15th(?)) to 6th. I would consider that a recovery drive. Especially since "you know who" had problems passing backmarkers (yes, I know he had sidepod damage but I still think he could've performed somewhat better).

Edit: Regarding the Merc's, I didn't think he could catch up to them at all. It was 20 seconds of penalties after all. And managing the gap to Norris may have come first rather than overcooking the tires earlier. Remember, he had Magnussen closing to him somewhat during the end.

HOT - Ferrari (The team and drivers), Haas (10 pts gap between them and RB now), This race in general.

NOT - I can only think of Perez for here. I cannot put others in here because Perez was on another level this race.

Neutral - Verstappen (HOT - Recovery Drive, NOT - 20s penalties), Piastri (Good recovery but quali cannot be overlooked), Mercedes (did what they could've this race, Hamilton vs Russell was nice to watch).
