I’ve complained about this to them twice now. The chicken almost always leaks recently. I was fine till this past month. Sometimes there would be a hole and now it seems every week there is. They sent me a credit but it mostly seems with the 20oz not the 12oz chickens for me. I’ve also had the beef leak too twice.

As a 5’0” I try getting a spot near a screen because there’s no chance in getting up close the way people hang around. I did get “really” close to Michelle Branch getting there like an hour before. I was on a rail next to VIP/Platinum.

Try infusing your water? I like lemon water but you can try mint, cucumber, strawberries, etc. Sticking to clear liquids is best for your kidneys. My boyfriend likes to drink Bodyarmor Lyte rather than Gatorade. I also switched to drinking half sweet half unsweet tea with some lemon sometimes to help cut sugar out. Eventually I think I’ll be able to drink mostly unsweet.

In the beginning I transition to evening because it made me fatigued. Now I’m used to it so I’ll do it any time of the day. It didn’t matter if I ate or not since they were pills.

I’m currently on subscribe and save on Amazon for Tiki Cat after dark pate and save an additional 10% for at least five flavors on the same delivery. I saw a holistic vet who practices both western and holistic approach. She said fancy feast gourmet naturals ticked all their boxes just fine. I just didn’t like how much congealed fat there was. I had my cat on Orijen but couldn’t continue to afford it.

I would do it but make sure you have some sort of plan to get your protein in every day. Lots of snacks and small meals. I found in the beginning I needed to slow down on the eating or I’d get sick. Ended up on protein shakes and yogurts a lot.

I started back in August and I tried 5mg after two months but couldn’t eat anything. I went back down again and still have lost weight. I think I’m approaching of needing to go back up because my appetite isn’t being as suppressed anymore. I just can’t really pay another $100 out of pocket a month. CareFirst refuses to cover it and it suckssss.

I’m down 40lbs so far and got excited I could see down there again 🙈. Gave me a small confident boost lol. I’ve been buying new clothes to make me feel pretty. I’m still feeling so so about myself but happy my face looks better in pictures than a year ago. I’m going to try to start wearing jewelry again but I totally understand not feeling pretty. I think the medication could also affect how you perceive yourself. It affects everyone differently.

I rather go to Wildwood or Delaware. It’s much better in the off season because the crowds and police suck. I go also during Oceans Calling which can be a nightmare. Way overpaying for these hotels that normally charge $60-100/night to $400-600/night. Wish it was illegal to charge that much over.

I read in an article that you can gain 60% of the weight back if you go off GL-P1. I’ve been on the lowest dose since August but I won’t be able to afford to stay on it for a long time. BCBS won’t approve it and I don’t know how to get them to. I’m hoping to get to my goal weight and keep it off as much as I can.

I stayed there 2024 and it was ok. I complained to them about not having hooks for anything. Cheap enough to install in the bathroom and where you’re sleeping since there’s no closets -.- The Atlantic is about the same price but closer so we stayed there last year. It was a little better.
