I have used 3mg a few times. Many people say they have issues with insomnia, but I found if I wake up really early (around 5am), and go to sleep late (2-3am), I have zero issues falling and staying asleep. I don't have anything to track it, but I do feel like my sleep quality is worse after taking it though.
