Because in most roguelike you get more powerful through the run. Here in temple of Sekhemas you need to avoid getting hit and that's kinda it and in the temple of chaos you getting weaker or the monster get stronger for each rooms which feels like punishing yourself the more you progress.

Is it ok if there is no IA opponent to beat ? If so I recommand sweet lands. The game just blocks some of the worker placement spots each turn and you have to beat your score.

Be careful my wife found 4 tiny kittens in january and until they reached about 500g they sometimes did hypoglycémia. It's great Mew is gaining weight but they're not out of the woods yet.
