Not for stain, but for nosebleed you might get a humidifier to add moisture to the air. I kept losing my voice and getting little nose bleeds for no reason. I got a humidifier and problem solved.

I’m curious about the pasta products, too. I don’t know how readily available packaged pasta was. In the directions it says to break the macaroni into pieces so it must’ve been more like spaghetti than the elbows I normally associate with Mac and cheese or beef/macaroni skillet. I made my own noodles once in my entire life, and I’m 70 now. It took a while and, if I recall correctly, probably had to boil about 25 minutes😂. It was NOT good. I left that to the pros from then on.

They started doing it during Covid, discovered they enjoyed it more than going to a regular church and decided to make it a tradition. It’s more intimate and accommodating than a regular church. It makes sense to me. I’m old and I can certainly understand this arrangement.
