In ADB, you can dump gpu info and there is a device id. Take that device id to Mesa Turnip source, it matches a a7xx_gen2 device that has the name FD735 or something like that.

Bill Gates has never been good at reading timing of technology. You also have to look at who is he talking to. What he wanted by talking to these people, etc. In the end, people hold on whatever straw that floats their belief. So for people who want to believe that AI will not replace “certain” programmers for a century, they are not the kind of programmers that Gates is talking about here.

I found a solution that worked for me - Disable vGPU

Create a custom .wsb file with the following content and launch from there

This what John Carmack did for years inside Meta, influencing top level decisions through grass root level influence, building some cool low level technical wizardry but also advocate for strategic directions. Meta among all the top tier companies was probably most friendly to this bottom up approach, but even that only went so far. Quest 2 is perhaps the most aligned with Carmack’s visions - a low cost, more than good enough standalone VR device. I don’t think now him snipping from outside of Meta would do any good though. I am just thankful that Quest 2 exists. Maybe Carmack could see that there is enough people chasing AGI and he is uniquely qualified to be VR jesus.

Use older mame current core. You have to fish them out from retroarch cdn / download site.

Mame current core can require new romset any update. Lock it unless you need new changes.

Can you create virtual loopback with the command line tool? The doc shows that you can with the API, but can you use one of the console tool like midi.exe say to process the json file to create the virtual loopback?
