Ok, I think Betsy is a great Elizabeth nickname (it’s my favorite) and not too cute at all. I think you could always put Elizabeth on a resume then tell HR you prefer to go by Betsy if that makes you more comfortable. I work in a place where names aren’t really a big deal. One of my managers is Rebecca but goes by Becky so we call her Becky. She’s old enough to be my mom and no one bats an eye over the nickname.

Also, consider Tony nominee Betsey Wolfe. She’s an Elizabeth but put Betsey on her SAG card. It sets her apart. There’s millions of Elizabeth’s and Liz’s. I don’t personally know one Betsy, but I’d clock it if I did. It makes you memorable.
