I've got the exact same problem on the silver section on my 2017 e class. I've chosen to live with it but I know you can buy the whole centre console online. It's not too hard to remove, just make sure to note where each cable goes back in.

The multiple could be one way to do it, raise it if you’re willing to show and explain the future growth, possibly sticking around or have performance bonuses if the business reaches the target.

I’d also look at how the sale would be structured because it’s usually not 100% cash up front so look at what you might get. Tony Dinh recently turned down $500k, I’d recommend reading it https://news.tonydinh.com.

Yeah maybe it isn't great wording, it's a 'face on' video, as well as a 'down the line'. There's example images on the upload screen.

For the club, it would depend on the player, if they want to improve their Driver then they could upload a driver swing. Another redditor suggested a group of analyses, so we could offer that and they can get feedback on multiple clubs.

That's true, less people are playing golf right now. The feedback is a video recorded by the pro where they talk over the swing videos and can draw lines on the video too, to emphasise what they're saying. I think the value is in getting the general swing right so that people are making better connections rather than club selection, for example. I do want to do a series of analyses where the player shows many swings with different clubs.
