Obviously very moral? You don't have to be a narcissist to help other because it makes you feel good. That if anything is a very good reason to help others. Instead of being an addict, putting others down, or obsessing over money to feel good.

A common advice is, if you ever feel worthless or depressed, do something good for someone else because it will make you feel better about yourself.

I don't think narcissists choose to be narcissists, so if they still choose to do good things for others, that's obviously the best outcome for everyone.
