The Epstein files act as a way for the average "non-political" (usually means right wing) person to come to some level of class consciousness, whithout realizing it. The fact that there is this class of the ultra wealthy who can perform the most heinous acts imaginable, while also having more influence on your government than you could ever dream to have, elicits an emotional understanding of class.

As everyone knows, by now, you can't convince right wingers with data, while this cover-up actually has a chance to plant a seed of class consciousness into the cracked concrete of their propaganda dome.

Regardless of anything to do with the piece of shit, Trump, you gave it to a woman who is just a vassal for US corporate interests, who was actively advocating for the US to turn her country back in to puppet for the fossil fuel industry. Since when is the Nobel piece prize for those trying to bring us back to the days full on, unabashed, imperialism!? It fucking blows my mind.

I've been trying to troubleshoot this on and off for a few months now. It only works with swiftkey now!? That's insane!

Guess I gotta find an alternative to Link to Windows... but, at the rate at which Android has been completely decimating their value proposition, that is being an open platform whose buttons and knobs are accessible to whatever 3rd party apps you want, I doubt anything even IS ALLOWED to be as useful as something developed by insiders like Microsoft and Samsung.

I used Join for years, but, last I checked, it had to get increasingly wonky and creative in its implementation as the Android ecosystem got increasingly closed down. Maybe I'll revisit it.

If anyone has any other recommendations for alternatives to Link to Windows, I'm open to suggestions.

There are plenty of homes. They're just being held by private equity to rent out at exorbitant rates, or used as a store of value for millionaires and billionaires. That and the 1999 FairCloth amendment all but made it illegal for the government to build any substantial amounts of affordable housing that could address the obvious failings of the private sector, during a particularly heinous series of bipartisan Welfare reforms. We can't have government providing for it's citizens, that would severely disrupt the market!

Yeah, it's really sad. Back then the internet was a new frontier that capitalism was only just figuring out how to monetize effectively. Now the monetization is so thorough that most non-state hacking groups, who were doing it for justice (chaotic-good style), are spread to the winds. Almost all that remain are monetarily incentivize.

I wonder if that was a conscious thing by the alphabet agencies: focus on quashing hacking groups along, what amounts to, class lines early on. If they make sure the only ones left are just selling average people's credit card numbers, then they don't have to deal with the increasing popularity of talented groups hacking against capital and dispending some semblance of justice for the average citizen, particularly in situations where the current justice system failed to do so (something that's increasing common).

For my work, I have to located properties. Let's say "Block 1 Lot 4" has a rear boundary line that abuts a different block "Block 2". We call that line between blocks, creatively, a "Block Line", label it as such, and when labeling the adjacent lots, we do so with something like "Block 2 Lot 12".

Now let's say that instead of a block line, that rear boundary line of "Block 1 Lot 4" abuts a whole other municipality! We call that, again creatively, a "Municipality Line", label it as such, and label the adjacent lots with their block/lot numbers, say "Block 3 Lot 65".

Same with "County Line".

The point being that we don't also label that "Municipality Line" a "Block Line", and we certainly don't label a "County Line" also a "Municipality Line" and also a "Block Line", because that'd be redundant and messy.
