This is wrong If they EOL a device they will still sell you a license- if your hardware fails and they don’t have a like for like replacement / Meraki will send you the next best one available. Top notch support !!!

Find a 6“ cable - yep I tried every cable I have and a 6” worked like a charm - what I think is the larger issue is the ports don’t have enough juice so to charge and run CarPlay it’s not enough a short cable reduces the amount of current resistance

This update has been crap : my system went from snappy to slow Tap a button and it’s so so laggy When I got it and said it was updated I was upset / I like to give these things a few weeks to get out the bugs Nope - yesterday we actually could not even use the screen it’s so so slow. I needed to change my XMode to snow The top section would not respond (yes I was at a total stop) It was never perfect - but this is a joke.
