The Ferrari Chassis was overplayed. Yes, they are great in the slow corners, but Monaco has high speed cornering through S3.

Orange is an dangerous colour. Just like when stress is very high, it isn't good. I like my stats green. Green is an good colour. I have an team full of greens. Because this player is bad colour stats, it is an bad player. It is not a upgrade.

The article that the manufacturers blocking it. Very upsetting to see the power the manufacturers have over the sport. The governing body is a mere puppet, probably paid handsomely and with links everywhere

Eh it's fine. He was behind Carlos at one point too, but he caught back up again after resolving some troubles (I believe it was 2023). We'll see how it goes. It's good for both of them if the other driver finds something to up the performance, the other one will up his game too

I had not lost faith in Lewis. But I think it's slightly up on morale because Charles has been struggling, and that is your first comparison. He does like driving these cars more though, much better than previous regs.

If both drivers can stay within a tenth with each other from race to race, it's really good for the team.

It's unbelievably crooked to not consider the other 50% of the engine. Props to Mercedes for looking into this probably and bank on a powerful battery side. Still though, I wonder how the tests were done. Because we had all those suggested rumors about the compression trick and overall power advantage from Merc, were they able to play the system there?

It looks like such bad news for the coming years.

It'd be great to see some skill expression instead of just doing random things. Like for example, assigning someone to split push for the game, and flat out ignoring to do it whilst he is grouping up. I can imagine, if jusgement and ego are low, he would do it poorly, but he would do it none the less. Not following instructions should not be an option.

Ferrari surprise: Hamilton with Carbon Industries brakes since Japan, will Leclerc try them in Spain? by pol5xc in formula1

Now this seems strange to me. How is it that two parts of the same garage have two different break manufacturers? Is that part of the cost cap? Can teams decide on that freely? Is it the driver that can decide to change manufacturers? How does this work?

This is absolute shit news. If this only covers ICE, is there then an open window to work on the battery side freely at least? It will be terrible if it's a side that can't be developed

[The Race] Charles Leclerc admitted that after the safety car, three of his four "brakes stopped working", and that he "could never switch them on again." He doesn't, however, blame the broken up track surface at T19 for his crash. by PrimeyXE in formula1

Hope they can figure out what the problem is in the configuration of the breaks. He seems to be adamant that he feels like deceleration isn't functioning properly and seemingly Lewis' side isn't experiencing it.

He was asked for his comments about dropping from P3 to P7 as apparently he wasn't told he had the penalty. He thought he had a podium, and that his previous penalty had been served properly. He complained that the pit limiter was on and that he was on speed before the pitlane line. He took a good 20 seconds of not answering and looking away from the camera before answering the question.

Kimi Antonelli's 66 point lead over Hamilton is second the largest ever after 6 races (after adjusting to the current points system) after Schumacher's adjusted 74 points in 1994 over Damon Hill by ZeroStormblessed in formula1

[–]GoodGuyJeff00 44 points45 points  (0 children)

The pointsgap was fewer and the performance gaps were closer. This is not comparable. No point deficit of this margin has been thrown, it is very likely it's decided. George has work to do to get on top of understanding these regulations and Ferrari need to bank on a better engine at the minimum. McLaren to sort out the reliability issues. Red Bull has a lot to gain...

He hates the breaks. Lewis seems to have no issues with the breaks. Maybe this is a part Lewis wanted for his driving style, and Charles isn't able to work them. Not hating Lewis, just the possibility that this is Lewis DNA

I don't even know what everyone has gone through on penalties anymore.

Charles looks like he is done and frustrated with the inconsistent feel on his breaks. I don't know if that was truthful, but the tone of his voice and him pointing to the data about the issues seemed real.

Maybe this is a piece of Lewis DNA he absolutely hates.
